What we collect
Email address; dog profiles (name, breed, date of birth, weight, life stage, feeding goal, and allergies); meal logs (ingredients and gram weights); weight logs and activity records; support messages; and basic usage analytics.
How we use it
We use this information to run the service and calculate personalised nutrition estimates, respond to support requests, and improve the app during Early Access. We do not use advertising or ad profiling.
Storage & security
Your information is stored via Supabase and encrypted in transit and at rest.
Sharing
Your data is not sold, rented, or traded. It is shared only with infrastructure providers under confidentiality agreements, or where required by law.
Deletion
To request deletion, email hello@marrowbone.app. Requests are processed within 30 days.
Your rights
You can access, correct, delete, or restrict your data by emailing hello@marrowbone.app.
Children
Marrowbone is intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
