Build the record as you go
Log meals, treats and supplements alongside weight, walks, training, rest days and other activities. Search foods in the product database, scan a barcode or add a product when it's missing.

Not every product declares every nutrient. When product-specific information is unavailable, Marrowbone may use a recognised food-composition reference, or show that the value is unknown. All estimates and sources remain visibile.
